A color chart is a great place to choose the color or color combination you desire. Each color has the name and whether it comes in AB (Aurora Borealis: an outside coating which gives it a rainbow effect in reflected light) or in Satin (a deeper richer color of the original.) Please choose a color, then specify if you want the original color or AB or Satin variety in your order.
Do you want to know your wrist size? Just take a piece of string and go around your wrist, then loosen or tighten the string to your comfort. Then measure the string and that's your size.
